All About Me

George Graham is the Director of Food Outreach and Community Engagement at The Harlem FUND, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing food insecurity and fostering community resilience in Harlem. With over three years in this pivotal role, George has been instrumental in developing and implementing innovative programs that connect local residents with essential resources and support.

 

A passionate advocate for social equity, George (aka "Cousin George", as he's affectionately called in the community) leverages his extensive background in community organizing and public health to drive effective outreach initiatives. Under his leadership, The Harlem FUND has expanded its food distribution efforts, reaching thousands of families in need and creating partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance community engagement.

 

George has spent over a decade working in various capacities within the nonprofit sector. His commitment to empowerment and sustainability has earned him recognition as a leader in the fight against hunger in urban communities. Outside of his professional endeavors, George enjoys cooking, exploring local culture, and volunteering with youth programs in Harlem.
